Every pattern we develop includes engineered shrinkage compensation — typically 3 to 5 percent — built into the width and length tolerances. Our standard allowances are plus or minus half an inch in width and plus or minus three quarters of an inch in length. This means the finished garment after dyeing matches the approved fit exactly, not before. Brands that skip this step end up with garments that shrink unpredictably after washing.

We work exclusively with 100% cotton fabrics sourced from our Los Angeles fabric program. For hoodies and crewnecks we use heavyweight 3-end fleece at 360 GSM — the same fabric across every run for consistency. For sweatshirts we use French terry. For tees we use high-density jersey. All fabrics are knit to order — not deadstock or mystery stock — so the same yarn, weight, and texture is available when you reorder. Polyester does not garment dye and we do not use it.

The Capsule Run is 50 pieces per style when two or more styles share the same fabric — perfect for matching sets like a hoodie and sweatpant in the same garment-dyed color, starting at approximately $3,500 per style. The Growth Run is 150 pieces per style for brands ready to improve margins, starting at approximately $7,500 per style. The Collection Run is 300 or more pieces per style for established brands running active productions, quoted per project. All tiers require a 50% deposit to begin.

Our Capsule Run starts at 50 pieces per style when two or more styles share the same fabric and dye lot. This is our entry production tier and works best for matching sets or capsule collections where two or more styles share the same fabric program. Pattern development and sampling requires a deposit to begin — this is a separate paid process before production. Once your pre-production sample is approved, we invoice the production run and require a 50% deposit to start cutting. The remaining 50% is due before delivery. We do not begin any work without a deposit. This structure applies to every project regardless of size and protects both the production schedule and your investment.
