Private label production takes 4 to 5 weeks after sample approval and production deposit. Total timeline from project start to delivery is typically 6 to 7 weeks. Yes — this is our replica-first approach and the most common starting point for private label clients. Send us a reference garment that represents your ideal fit and silhouette — a hoodie, crewneck, or sweatpant you already love. We measure every panel, replicate the construction, adjust proportions for garment-dyed production, and build a master pattern with shrinkage compensation built in for 100% cotton. This reduces development time, minimizes revisions, and ensures your production sample matches your vision from the first fitting.

We work exclusively with 100% cotton fabrics from our Los Angeles fabric program. For drop shoulder hoodies and crewnecks we use heavyweight 3-end fleece at 360 GSM. For sweatpants we use the same fleece for matching set consistency. For boxy tees we use high-density jersey. All fabrics are knit to order — not deadstock or mystery stock — so the same yarn, weight, and texture is available when you reorder your private label program. Polyester does not garment dye and we do not use it.

Every private label order is garment-dyed after cutting and sewing. Garments are sent to our Los Angeles dye house as finished pieces — seams, panels, and trims absorbing color simultaneously for the tonal variation and lived-in texture that piece-dyed fabric cannot replicate. Every color is Pantone TCX matched so your reorders hit the same shade every time. We use enzyme and silicone washes after dyeing to soften the hand feel and create the premium finish modern brands want for elevated essentials.

All private label projects require a 50% deposit to begin. Pattern development and sampling is a separate paid process that happens before production. Once your pre-production sample is approved, we invoice the production run and require 50% to start cutting. The remaining 50% is due before delivery. We do not begin any work without a deposit. This structure applies to every project regardless of size and protects both the production schedule and your investment.

Yes. Every private label garment is cut, sewn, and garment-dyed in Los Angeles, California under ethical SB62-compliant labor standards. We work exclusively with verified local mills, dye houses, and sewing teams. All production stays within our Los Angeles network — we do not offshore any part of the process. Brands that manufacture with us can accurately label their products as Made in Los Angeles and Made in USA.
